Facilitator training courses (highly recommended)

Clinicians delivering this course are strongly encouraged to attend the CSDS Technical Simulation Training and Fundamentals of Debriefing courses to ensure high-quality delivery and debriefing. 

Technical Simulation Training (TST)

Learn the fundamental knowledge and skills required to deliver and support simulation based learning activities in a healthcare environment.

Fundamentals of Debriefing (FOD)

Develop an understanding of various simulation debriefing theories and techniques. This course provides an opportunity to apply these in simulation-based education.

If unable to attend face-to-face, TST and FOD are also available online, as part of the Simulation Education Program – Online (SEP-OL)
